The Access Event Centre, located in Morden, Manitoba, is a multifaceted venue designed to accommodate a diverse array of events, including sports, entertainment, conferences, and community gatherings. Community Hall

The Community Hall offers a dynamic and flexible event space, boasting a wealth of amenities designed to ensure the success of any event, big or small.

Catering Services:

With a commercial kitchen and exceptional catering staff, the Community Hall meets the culinary needs of both large-scale functions and smaller, intimate gatherings.

Sporting Facilities:

The Co-op Arena and the Huron Windows Corporation Arena are two NHL-sized ice surfaces that boast state-of-the-art facilities, including excellent seating capacities, making them ideal for hockey games, figure skating competitions, and public skating sessions. They are equipped with modern changing rooms and offer comfortable spectator areas.

9 ball diamonds within the Access Event Centre grounds, catering to enthusiasts and athletes of baseball, softball, and slow pitch. These facilities underscore our dedication not only to social and corporate gatherings but also to supporting active lifestyles and sports events. Meeting & Conference Rooms:

For those organizing more formal gatherings, such as meetings and conferences, our specialized rooms offer the perfect environment for productive sessions:

• Crocus Corner Meeting Room: Spanning 18ft x 27ft, this room can accommodate up to 40 individuals in a theatre-style setup and 32 in a classroom arrangement, making it ideal for workshops, small conferences, and group discussions.

• Morden Chiropractic Centre Meeting Room: Measuring 29ft x 20ft, it comfortably seats 50 attendees theatre-style and 32 classroom-style, offering a versatile space for larger meetings, presentations, and seminars.

REFUND POLICY

• ICE BOOKING REFUNDS must be requested at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.

• FACILITY BOOKING REFUNDS must be requested 4 weeks in advance to be eligible for a refund. Rental deposits are non-refundable.

• PROGRAM REFUNDS:

• Requested 10+ days prior to program: Full refund given.

• Requested 4-9 days prior to the start of the program: will be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.

• Requested 72 hours or less prior to the start of the program: No refunds will be given.

• A full refund is given if a program is cancelled by the City of Morden.

• **Policy subject to change based on specific programs as noted in registration**

• ALL REFUND REQUESTS that give enough notice (see above) are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.

Our Co-op and Huron arenas are buzzing with activity throughout the year, and are visited by families with an interest in sports like hockey, FREE skate days, special events, and figure skating!

Whether they are a participant or fans, each visitor is a captive and unique audience for your brand.

Our Access Event Centre arena advertising not only offers a more captive audience compared to other media but typically a much longer viewing time. Hockey rink spectators are often in the stands for 60 minutes at a time, sometimes multiple times per week, leaving ample time for viewing the arenas’ advertising media.

Your advertising dollars not only contribute towards reaching your target demographics but also flow money back into the local community.

• 6ft Arena Board Ad - $250/yr plus GST on a 3-year contract - Huron arena

• 8ft Arena Board Ad - $350/yr plus GST on a 3-year contract - Huron or Co-op arenas

• 16ft Arena Board Ad - $700/yr plus GST on a 3-year contract - Huron or Co-op arena

• 8ft Wall Ads - $350/yr plus GST on a 3-year contract - Huron or Co-op arenas

• 16ft Wall Ads - $700/yr plus GST on a 3-year contract - Huron or Co-op arenas

   The fee includes installation but excludes designing or printing fees.

• Bench Ad - *$250 + tax

* Cost per year on a 3-year contract basis.
