Experience the Fusion of Yoga and Pilates
From the 3rd of July to the 28th of August, immerse yourself in the tranquillity of nature every Wednesday at 7 PM. Alternate between the soothing movements of Yoga and the strengthening exercises of Pilates, surrounded by the calming atmosphere of Lake Minnewasta. This is more than just a fitness routine—it's a pathway to wellness complemented by a breath-taking vista.

Please note that although the Beach Fitness Program is free, pre-registration is essential for access to the event. This assists us in ensuring a smooth experience for all participants and compliance with our capacity planning.
