A development plan is a policy document prepared by the Planning District to guide development in the region. The development plan will guide future land use decisions within the community.

The MSTW Planning District is updating its Development Plan and is seeking your input. In order to ensure the Development Plan reflects the needs of the community, we will be holding a Community Visioning Workshop on March 7th, 2023 to gather information and provide you with the opportunity to share your vision for the future of the planning district.

Workshop activities will include a background presentation and a facilitated group discussion to explore opportunities and issues in the area.
