We are very excited to be coming to Morden in the Summer of 2022! Our staff are all born and raised in Manitoba and thrilled to be running our first Northern Roots Hockey School in our Manitoba home!
Each session will include power skating, goalie-specific training, puck handling skills, battles, small area games and a scrimmage.
Coaching Staff:
BOE LESLIE - former Division 1 Player at Union College. Played 8 years professionally in Switzerland and England. 15 years working full time in youth hockey development.
BOB LESLIE - Coached professionally in Europe for over 20 years in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and England. 9 Postings with Team Canada at the World Championships, Deutschland Cup and Spengler Cup.
BARRY LEWIS- Currently serving as the Development Coach at the Ontario Hockey Academy. Former Head Coach of Morris High School. Former Assistant Coach in DEL Germany, Swiss National League and the MJHL Winker Flyers.
We will adhere to the guidelines and restrictions of both Manitoba and the Access Event Center.
