PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, under the provisions of The Planning Act, S.M. 2005, c. P80 and The Municipal Board Act, R.S.M. 1987, c. M240, the Board will hold a public hearing to receive representations from any person regarding the matter.
The public hearing will take place on April 26, April 27 and April 28, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Paul’s United Church, 353 Thornhill Street, Morden, Manitoba.
Any interested person may make a representation on the matter. A person who wishes to make a written and/or oral presentation to the Board must register by filing a completed Public Presenter Form with the Board at least ten (10) working days prior to the hearing.
The Board requires that an interested person who intends on filing a written submission must file four (4) copies of that material with the Board and one (1) copy with the City of Morden for public viewing at least ten (10) working days prior to the hearing, failing which copies of the written submission must be provided to the Board and the parties at the hearing.
