CITY OF MORDEN CIVIC CENTRE CLOSING TO THE PUBLIC EFFECTIVE MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9TH, 2020 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
In response to the Southern Health Region being declared a COVID-19 Code Red Zone effective Monday, November 9th, 2020, the City of Morden will be closing the Civic Centre to the public starting Monday, November 9th with the exception of emergency services and essential services. This includes closing all walk-in services at the Civic Centre, Professional Development Office, Firehall, and Police Station. Emergency services staff will continue to be available by phone. For any city services you require our staff will be available by phone or email, and payments for water bills can be made online through electronic banking, or by dropping off a cheque or cash in our drop-box at the front door of the Civic Centre.
In addition, the Access Event Centre, Art Gallery, and Public Library will be closed to the public and all non-essential activities will be cancelled until further notice, as per the directive from the Province of Manitoba.
