To achieve this, we have engaged KPMG LLP to facilitate the development of our strategic plan. As part of this process, we are seeking input from the public, and we value your perspective. Provide the public with an understanding of the concept and importance of strategic planning.
Review the key themes as identified by the stakeholder engagement process.
Collect input from the public on a range of economic, social, and municipal trends and challenges to bring back to the City Council.
The survey aims to gather insights into various aspects including challenges and opportunities faced by the city and neighbouring communities, how services are delivered, and potential areas for improvement.
