The City of Morden would like to notify the public of a temporary closure at Dead Horse Creek due to bank stabilization work done in the area.
The closure will restrict public access adjacent to a section of the creek in Morden Park, north of the end of 14th Street. The closure starts on Monday, February 14th and is estimated to be completed in seven days.
The project is in partnership with the Pembina Valley Watershed District to reduce bank erosion and increase safety in the area. Trees, shrubs and grasses will be installed spring of 2022 as part of the project.
