Horizon Earthworks will be starting the work to renew the water main on 4th and 5th Street block 400 on July 12th, 2021, beginning with exposing existing utilities.
The existing water main will be turned off the week of July 19th, after hooking up all the properties with a temporary water supply. The traffic on the streets will be impacted, and only local traffic will be allowed.
The City will deliver a detailed Project Notice to the mailbox of impacted properties by July 13th, 2021. The notice will include a detailed schedule, arrangements for traffic, parking, garbage removal and project contacts. The estimated completion date is August 31st.
