The Public Works Department will commence its annual hydrant maintenance program starting next week. The maintenance is expected to take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to complete.
Important Information for Residents:
During the maintenance period, residents may notice temporary water discolouration. This discolouration results from disturbances in the water line and is not harmful.
To clear the discoloured water, run your cold taps until the water becomes clear.
We recommend delaying washing laundry during times of discolouration to avoid any potential staining.
