As part of Manitoba’s plan of phasing out education property taxes, the Province in its 2021 budget introduced the Education Property Tax Rebate and as a result property owners will receive an Education Property Tax Rebate cheque to reduce a portion of their education property taxes. Manitoba Education Property Tax Credit Advance of $700.00 was reduced to $525.00.
